RENOVATE ADA RESTROOMS
INFORMATION FOR BIDDERS:
Caseyville Township is accepting bids to remodel 2 1960s era commercial bathrooms to modern ADA standards. To bid please pick up the bid packet at Caseyville Township, 10001 Bunkum Road, Fairview Heights, Illinois 62208 beginning on 1/21/21 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, or at https://caseyvilletwp.org/bathroombid Bids shall be returned in a sealed envelope with the name and address of the bidder, and marked “Bathroom” on the front, addressed to Caseyville Township Any sealed envelope not marked as designated above will not be accepted as a bid. All bids must be received prior to 4:25 p.m., 3/4/21, and will be opened at the Township Board Meeting on the same date at 6 pm. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities in the bidding procedure.
Construction to begin on or closely thereafter May 1, 2021. The project should be complete within a reasonable time thereafter.
There is a Project Labor Agreement in effect with the AFL CIO, prevailing wage will apply.
